Policies and Procedures

Late Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy

Client is responsible for 100% of the charges for any Pet Sitting Service Happy Honey Pet Sitting, LLC, provides.

Clients are charged half of the service before or at start of service, and the other half when the service is completed.

If Client fails to pay the remaining balance within a 14 day period, Client will be billed an additional $75 of service that was ordered.

If a client decides to Cancel any requested service, the client must do so 48 hours prior to service to not be charged.

If client cancels 24 hours prior to service requested, Client will be charged 50% of total services requested.

Reservations

Reservations may be made through the link on our website through TIme to Pet.
We ask that you reserve service with as much time in advance as possible (especially if a new client) so we may offer the Meet and Greet before your departure to confirm the reservation.

Key System

We will keep your Key on file in a secured cabinet when services are completed.
At the initial meet and greet, we ask you to have two keys ready to be picked up by us, after we deem we are the correct fit for your needs and after signing the contract.

Your Keys will be coded and will not have your names on them for Security purposes. We will store them safely and securely, if you continue services with us in the future, we already have your keys on file!

If keys are not at the initial meet and greet, we charge $10 for pick up and delivery of keys.

Refunds

At the initial meet and greet we will go over any medications your pet(s) may need administered. All medications must be labeled and secured in original packaging and not expired. Pets must be familiar with medication prior to us administering.

No shared visits

Happy Honey Pet Sitting, LLC, is committed to ensuring your pet is given the care you are expecting from a professional, caring company.

While we understand our loved ones like to visit homes and pets while you are away, H.H.P.S*, LLC, will not be held responsible if a family/friend/neighbor/ or anyone that is in contact with the owner, comes to the house that the Pet Sitter is sitting in while in the contract.

Multiple animals policy

H.H.P.S* LLC, will need to know if the client has multiple animals in the household. We will not accept “Ignore the other animals” as with our quality care, we in good faith, cannot and will not ignore any other living being in the household if the client only requested services with one animal.

No "set in stone visiting hours

H.H.P.S*, LLC, ensures that all clients' animals are being cared for with quality, professional care .
With that, we service multiple clients, and cannot and will not provide an exact time of when visits will happen.

There will four time frames that will be in the Services that we provide:

1.) AM visits will be between the hours of 6:30am-9:30am
2.) Mid-day Visits will between the hours of 10am-12pm
3.) Afternoon Visits will be between the hours of 2pm-4:00pm

4.) Evening Visits will be between the hours of 6pm-9pm

When dog-walking is available, dog walking Hours will vary by client and availability.

If a client has a dog, and is gone longer than 2 days, a minimum of 2 visits per day is required.

Emergencies

In the unlikely event an emergency occurs, here at Happy Honey Pet Sitting, LLC, would like the client to be aware of our Emergency Policies.

Whether it is unforeseen man made circumstances such as but not limited to:

  • -  Pet sitters automobile accident making it not possible to visit the pet

  • -  Fire hazard at Pet Sitters office / home

  • -  Government shutdown (Local or Federal)

  • -  Electrical Hazard
    or Natural unforeseen Circumstances such as but not limited to:

  • -  Flood, making it impossible to leave premises to check on pet

  • -  Any kind of storm or weather that does not permit Pet Sitter to drive safely to

    premises

    Clients should have written down an emergency contact within the city they live in case Sitter is not able to arrive at the clients home.

    Sitters will have a Back-up Sitter in case the Client is unreachable, the Clients Emergency Contact is also unreachable or unable to assist, the Spouse of Amanda Plot, Jonathan Vega will be assisting if and when it is deemed safe to travel.

Payment Policy
 

Client of H.H.P.S* , LLC, will be 100% Responsible for payment of requested services and/or any additional purchases made by the Pet Sitter due to negligence of Client.

Payments will be as follows:
a.) Client will pay half of requested service at the time of booking b.) Client will pay for the remaining balance

Initial consultatios

An initial consultation is required before any request for pet care services are accepted/confirmed. There is no cost to the client/owner of the pet for this consultation. Our initial consultation is solely to meet you and your pet(s), answer any questions you may have, and if we are the perfect fit for your needs, sign the Pet Service Agreement contract.

Late Returns

If for any reason, the Client cannot make it back home in time, notify us ASAP and we will make every effort to extend services when possible.

Leash walking / Fenced in yards
 

No dogs will be walked off leash at any given time. The only time a dog may be off leash is in the secured fenced yard of the clients home. We will not leave any animal outside either in the fenced in yard or other at any given time.
